Vouchr Terms of Service

1. The TL;DR Version

• You must follow our community rules.
• Don't post spam, fake deals, or anything shady.
• Be kind — this is a community.
• You grant us permission to show your posts and comments.
• We may earn affiliate commissions when you click certain links.
• We're not responsible for third-party sites or broken deals.
• We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

2. Who Can Use Vouchr

You must be 13 years or older to use Vouchr. If you're under 18, make sure you have permission from a parent or guardian.

You also agree that:

• You will not impersonate others
• You will use your account for personal, non-commercial use (unless authorized)
• You'll keep your login credentials secure
• You're legally allowed to access and use the platform in your country

3. Your Content & Contributions

When you post a deal, comment, or upvote/downvote, you're contributing to our community. You still own your content — but you give us a non-exclusive license to display, modify, and promote it within the platform.

You agree not to post:

• Fraudulent or expired deals
• Misleading pricing or affiliate links
• Harmful, harassing, or offensive content
• Anything that violates another person's rights (like copyrighted material)

We reserve the right to edit, hide, or remove content that violates our rules or community standards.

4. Vouch Points & Rankings System

Vouchr uses a gamified system to encourage quality contributions:

• You earn Vouch Points for submitting valid deals, receiving upvotes, or helping others.
• You may lose points for spammy posts or being downvoted.
• Leaderboards are based on points, activity, and quality.

We do not allow manipulating this system (e.g. using fake accounts to boost your own posts).

5. Deal Accuracy & Affiliate Disclosure

We do our best to keep deals updated — but they're user-submitted and may expire or change without notice.

Some links on Vouchr are affiliate links. That means:

• We may earn a commission if you click and purchase through those links.
• You don't pay extra — and in many cases, you get access to exclusive promos.

We'll always disclose when a deal is sponsored or promoted.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform online 24/7, but:

• Scheduled maintenance or bugs may cause downtime
• We may update or discontinue features at any time
• We're not responsible for losses from outages, bugs, or site changes

Use the site as-is, and understand that we're a growing community-run project.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You repeatedly break community rules
• You post harmful or fraudulent content
• You attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
• You violate these Terms or applicable laws

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us at hello@vouchr.ph.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Vouchr is not liable for any damages (direct or indirect) from your use of the platform
• We're not responsible for lost profits, bad purchases, or misleading deals
• Use your best judgment before acting on any offer posted here

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we'll notify you via the website or email. Your continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Content Removal & Merchant Rights

We respect intellectual property and merchant preferences:

• If you're a merchant and don't want your site's content scraped or your deals listed, contact us and we'll honor your request
• We provide takedown mechanisms for copyrighted content or trademark disputes
• All deal posts link back to and drive traffic to the original merchant site
• We only use product images and metadata to promote your products, never to compete with you
